Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of CloudArch. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these Terms.
Acceptance
You confirm you are at least 16 years old and have authority to accept these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Public offer for the provision of services
These Terms constitute a public offer from LLC "LAMP LABS" (ООО «ЛЭМП ЛЭБС», hereinafter — the "Provider") addressed to any legally capable natural person (hereinafter — the "User") to provide services consisting of paid access to learning content on system design and infrastructure architectures hosted on the CloudArch service. The subject of the contract is the provision of paid access to learning materials, interactive cases, animated architectures, and related service features in accordance with the tariff plan selected by the User. Acceptance of the offer occurs through the User's conclusive actions: clicking the "Subscribe" button and successfully completing a payment via the CloudPayments widget. The contract is deemed concluded at the moment funds are successfully charged, and access to paid content is activated immediately. The price of services is denominated in Russian rubles (RUB), shown on the pricing page, and fixed at the moment of each charge. The service period equals one calendar month from the date of payment and renews automatically as described below unless the User cancels the subscription. The Provider may change pricing with prior notice of no less than 30 (thirty) calendar days before the start of the next billing period; new pricing applies only to subsequent charges and does not affect the current paid period.
Your account
You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for any activity that happens under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
User content
You retain ownership of the scripts, comments, and other content you upload ("User Content"). By making content public you grant CloudArch a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, and let other users view and fork it for the purpose of operating the service.
Prohibited content and conduct
You may not upload, post, share, or otherwise transmit content or take actions that:
- Violate any applicable law (including 152-ФЗ, GDPR, sanctions, IP/copyright, or local criminal law).
- Are sexually explicit, depict minors in any sexual context, or promote child exploitation.
- Promote hatred, harassment, threats of violence, terrorism, or incitement against any group or individual.
- Contain malware, exploit code intended to harm others, phishing payloads, or attempts to compromise infrastructure.
- Are spam, scams, deceptive advertising, manipulation of view/star counters, or large-scale automated abuse.
- Disclose other people's personal data (doxxing, private credentials, internal company secrets) without authorization.
- Impersonate other persons, organisations, or CloudArch staff.
Enforcement
We may, at our sole discretion and without prior notice, remove content, suspend or terminate accounts, restrict features, and report violations to authorities. Decisions are made on a case-by-case basis based on evidence available to us.
Quotas and rate limits
Free accounts are subject to daily and hourly limits on publishing, commenting, and AI usage. Limits and tier configurations may change. Bypassing or circumventing limits is prohibited.
AI features
CloudArch uses third-party LLM providers. Do not submit secrets, regulated data, or content you are not licensed to share. AI output is provided "as is" and you are responsible for reviewing it before use.
Payments and subscriptions
Paid plans are billed according to the plan terms shown before checkout. All payments are denominated in Russian rubles (RUB) and processed by LLC CloudPayments (ООО «КлаудПэйментс»). Refunds, cancellations, recurring consent, receipts, and support contacts are described in the sections below and in the legal documents available at the time of purchase.
Automatic subscription renewal
When subscribing to a paid plan, the User provides the Provider with explicit consent for recurring charges to the linked bank card in the amount and currency displayed on the pricing page at the moment of acceptance, with a frequency of one calendar month. Charges are made automatically on the calendar date corresponding to the date of the first payment in each next billing period. The User may cancel automatic renewal at any time, without explanation and without penalty, in the "Billing" section of the personal account or by sending a request to support@cloud-arch.ru. After cancellation, access to paid content is preserved until the end of the paid period; no further charges are made. The Provider sends an email notification of each successful charge and issues a fiscal receipt in compliance with Federal Law No. 54-FZ.
Refund policy
In accordance with Article 32 of the Law of the Russian Federation No. 2300-I of 07.02.1992 "On the Protection of Consumer Rights" and general provisions of civil law, the User may terminate the contract at any time. Refund terms: (1) within 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the date of the first payment, the User is entitled to a full refund provided that access to paid materials has not been used in a substantial way; (2) after this period, refunds are calculated on a pro rata basis (proportional to the number of unused calendar days in the paid period); (3) for one-off purchases (bundles), refunds are available within 14 days of purchase provided that the content has not been viewed. Refund processing time is up to 10 (ten) business days from receipt of the User's written request; the time for funds to appear on the User's bank account depends on the issuing bank. To request a refund, send an email to support@cloud-arch.ru including your account email, payment reference, and reason for the refund.
Fiscal receipts
For every successful payment, the Provider issues and sends an electronic fiscal receipt to the User's account email in compliance with Federal Law No. 54-FZ of 22.05.2003 "On the Use of Cash Registers in the Russian Federation". An electronic receipt has the same legal force as a paper one and is retained for the periods required by law. If you have not received a receipt, you may request a re-send at support@cloud-arch.ru.
Payment security
The Provider does not receive, process, or store bank card details of Users. All payments are handled within the secure environment of LLC CloudPayments (ООО «КлаудПэйментс») in compliance with the PCI DSS international security standard. Card data is transmitted directly from the User to the payment processor over a secure channel (TLS). The Provider stores only saved-payment-method tokens, transaction identifiers, and subscription identifiers necessary for recurring charges and refunds.
Termination
You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms, prolonged inactivity, or to comply with legal obligations.
Disclaimer
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. CloudArch is a visualisation tool; it does not constitute architectural, legal, or financial advice.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CloudArch is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Total aggregate liability is capped at the amount you paid us in the preceding 12 months (or 0 ₽ for free accounts).
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Russian Federation, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. All disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be submitted to the court of general jurisdiction or the Moscow Arbitration Court at the location of the operator — LLC "LAMP LABS" (125167, Moscow), unless otherwise required by mandatory provisions of the Law of the Russian Federation "On the Protection of Consumer Rights" and other applicable legislation.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced in-app or via email. Continued use after the change constitutes acceptance.
